Paper Award for our Mobile Language Learning App at MuC'21
We were awarded with a "Best Paper Honourable Mention" award at the Mensch und Computer Conference 2021.
The awarded paper is a collaboration with researchers from LMU Munich: "Comparing Concepts for Embedding Second-Language Vocabulary Acquisition into Everyday Smartphone Interactions". MuC is the largest German conference on Human-Computer Interaction with tracks for both research and industry and an increasingly international audience as well.
Can we help people learn a foreign language throughout their usual daily smartphone interactions, without much extra effort? Our paper compares three concepts that explore this idea.
